Unlike many online retailers, we have a strong foundation rooted in our five outlets spread across Greater Klang. You are welcome to try our products in-store before making a decision. If you spot a place that sells for cheaper, we assure you that LS Music can offer a better deal, just contact us or give us a call 03-4143 3433! Further, we can often arrange for 'taster' lessons, which are heavily discounted lessons for you to get familiar with an instrument before deciding if it's the right one for you.

How much is Shipping?

Shipping is typically FREE within the Klang Valley Region of any order above RM150. Custom shipping charges apply outside of Klang Valley.

How are my products delivered?

We have an in-house logistics team that handles delivery within the Klang Valley. We can guarantee your products will arrive within 3-5 working days, you will be notified in advance on the date of arrival so you'll know when to look out for us.

If you live outside of Klang Valley, we will ship via Pos Laju and will typically take 3-5 working days.Once your order is shipped, the best advice on delivery status is from Poslaju. The tracking number can be obtained from the Shipping Confirmation email. 

Risk of loss or damage of products transfers to you on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

Do you ship overseas?

At this moment, we are only able to ship within Malaysia. If you wish to ship overseas, please contact us and we can arrange for custom delivery.

Help! I don't know how to install my instruments.

Fret not! Our delivery team have been trained to assemble equipment for you, and can do so for a small fee. We can offer a cheaper installation if you let us know if you need this service in advance as opposed to on the day itself.

How do I know if the product is in stock?

We update our website regularly and temporarily remove products that are not in stock. That being said, in the rare event that a product you've purchased is not in stock, we will call to advise the earliest stock arrival. Thereafter you can decide if you want to carry on with the purchase or request a refund.

How are payments made on the website?

We currently accept credit/debit cards, PayPal and even a bank transfer. Our bank details are:

I would like to arrange for music lessons, can I do this online?

First off, thank you for your interest in music! We are working on introducing an online lesson booking system, but until that comes into operation, please Contact Us to arrange a lesson with us.

Return & Refunds
LS Music does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective. Should you received a defective merchandise, please contact us with your purchase details and the nature of the defect. We offer pick up services for orders above RM150 and within the Klang Valley ONLY. Orders outside the Klang Valley and less than RM150 will have to be delivered to us at this address:

Upon receiving the returned product, LS Music will notify you via e-mail. Inspection of the defective product and approval of return may take up to 5-7 working days to be processed. If you are entitled to a refund, your refunded amount will be with you in 3-5 working days.
